Job Summary
Beverage Supervisor at Saracen Casino Resort oversees day-to-day beverage service operations, including VIP Rooms, ensuring product quality, and adhering to internal controls and policies. Responsibilities include optimizing labor levels, completing daily financial tools, auditing beverage inventory and cost controls, collecting guest feedback, addressing guest concerns to maintain a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, maintaining safe handling of equipment, conducting service education and coaching staff, administering performance expectations and coaching for beverage employees, enforcing appearance and uniform guidelines, handling occasional cash transactions, and performing duties of Food/Kitchen Supervisor as needed. Requires 2-4 years beverage experience, high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), strong customer service and leadership skills, ability to read/write/speak English, and ability to obtain/maintain a gaming license; background check and drug screening required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 2 to 4 years beverage experience including technical beverage service experience
- Excellent communication skills; able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to write routine correspondence and interact with patrons and staff
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- Background check and drug screening required
- Ability to supervise and coach staff; provide leadership and training
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
