Job Summary
Supervise beverage operations by managing staff hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring liquor requisitions are delivered within designated timelines. Resolve guest issues professionally, verify daily receipts and monthly inventories, and maintain neat, sanitary bar areas. Monitor cash register functions for POS compliance, adjust staffing for callouts, and ensure adherence to State Alcoholic Beverage regulations and emergency procedures. Assist with performance evaluations, maintain team files, and keep staff updated on policies and special events. Requires Class III B+ and Class 12 gaming licenses, one year of supervisory experience, and bartending skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Class III B+ gaming license
- At least 1 (one) year of hospitality or business courses and liquor board awareness classes
- 1 (one) year of supervisory/management experience
- Some beverage serving experience
- bartending experience
- Must maintain a Class 12 Liquor license
- Must maintain a valid Washington State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required
- Ability to demonstrate intrinsic motivation and work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently and productively within a team
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits
- Must be 21 years or older
