Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily beverage department operations, supervise 8–34+ staff per shift, and ensure compliance with alcohol service guidelines. Lead introductory training and mentorship for new hires; coordinate scheduling; manage inventory and asset control; participate in hiring/disciplinary decisions; drive guest service excellence and maintain a positive team culture. Coordinate special events schedules for bartenders, servers, and bar backs; conduct evaluations and provide coaching to hourly team members; ensure policy/standards adherence and confidentiality; contribute to monthly planning and cross-functional communications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Two (2) years alcohol beverage server or bartender experience in a high-volume environment
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
- Must be able lift 50lbs, bend, reach and stand for 8 hours
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures
