Job Summary
The Beverage Supervisor will direct all activities of the beverage department, oversee monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages, coordinate movement of beverages and equipment for restaurant and catering operations, and assume overall operational and financial responsibility for the beverage outlet. Responsibilities include maintaining beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits, coordinating beverage orders with the Purchasing Manager, developing drink menus, monitoring inventory and pricing changes, developing beverage training for the F&B team, and ensuring compliance with state and local beverage laws. The role requires providing a safe environment for customers and employees, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading the team to meet guest expectations. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, be punctual, capable of working independently or in a team, and remain calm under pressure while upholding safety standards and English-language communication with staff and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well groomed appearance standards
- Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to interact with staff and guests
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree preferred
- Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant experience preferred
