Job Summary
Coordinate installation, preventative maintenance, and testing of CO2 and N2 generator systems at customer locations and CM2 facilities. Verify operational integrity of equipment, complete error-free paperwork, and manage customer inventory of bulk gases to avoid outages. Respond with urgency to site safety concerns, equipment deficiencies, and service requests while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. Maintain driving certifications including HazMat endorsement and perform relief driving for the CO2/Bulk Team. This role supports the Beverage Team and upholds strong customer loyalty through timely, respectful interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintain Driving certifications
- Proper Class DL (A,B as trained and certified)
- HazMat Endorsement, Tanker if required
- Health Card renewals
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or fleet operations
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Familiarity with DOT regulations, FMCSA compliance, and hours-of-service rules
- Experience with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and route optimization tools
