Job Summary
Oversee luxury beverage operations across all bars and lounges by collaborating with the Director of Beverage to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain Wynn's elevated standards. Curate premium inventory, coordinate with operating departments, and implement rigorous maintenance protocols to protect assets while enforcing strict health, safety, and sanitation standards. Cultivate and evaluate the beverage team to foster a culture of professionalism aligned with Wynn's brand, utilizing advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems. Requires overnight shift availability and two years of distinguished beverage experience in a high-volume, luxury setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of distinguished beverage experience
- preferably as a Beverage Shift Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting
- Must be twenty-one years of age or older
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hospitality management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain all requisite licensing and active work cards required for this position, both presently and in the future
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership and elite team management with proven ability to cultivate, develop, and evaluate beverage staff to Wynn's highest standards of world-class luxury hospitality
- Comprehensive expertise of health, safety, and sanitation standards specific to premium beverage operations and fine dining service environments within luxury establishments
- Proven mastery in refined inventory management and strategic cost optimization with demonstrated ability to exclusive premium supplies and preserve operational excellence at the highest level
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the English language with the ability to coordinate seamlessly across multiple departments in a refined, professional manner
- Availability to work overnight shifts with flexibility to accommodate scheduling requirements and operational demands of a prestigious luxury venue
