Job Summary
Supervise Food and Beverage personnel in assigned venues and oversee Blue Oak Bar Services to ensure guest service needs are identified and resources are deployed effectively. Ensure services align with Casino Service Standards, performance objectives, and operational policies while maintaining cleanliness and appearance of restaurant areas. Remain visible on the beverage and casino floor throughout the shift, assist in monitoring training sequences and guest service standards, and resolve guest concerns directly. Support the Beverage Services Manager with work and break schedules, team evaluations, and career development plans through mentoring and coaching. Must work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in Bar services
- Three (3) years of cash-handling and guest service experience
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, communication (verbal and written), and decision-making skills
- Must be able to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays
