Job Summary
Greet customers, take food and beverage orders, and process payments while ensuring accuracy in delivery. Retrieve drinks from stations and make continual rounds throughout gaming areas to maintain service standards. Keep work areas clean by removing containers, wiping spills, and replenishing condiments while following all health and safety guidelines. Comply with regulatory laws and report concerns to supervisors. Requires a High-Security Gaming License, OLCC permit, and ability to stand for long periods in a smoke-filled environment. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of experience in the customer service/hospitality industry
- Possesses or obtains a Food Handler's and OLCC service permit within 30 days of hire
- POS and cash handling experience
- Basic mathematical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Stand and/or walk for long periods
- Work in a smoke-filled environment
- Perform repetitive motions with arms, elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers
- Bend, lift, and maneuver 50 lbs
- Good visual and auditory acuity
- Work a flexible schedule - weekends, holidays, and special events
- Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance
- Maintain a positive attitude toward all employees and guests
- Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance
- Must be at least 21 years of age
