Beverage Server - Variable Shift

Job Summary
Take drink orders and process payments; deliver drinks according to Thunder Valley specifications; describe preparation methods and prices, upsell when possible. Prepare drinks and hot beverages (coffee, cocoa) and ensure proper glassware, station stocking, and equipment operation. Record transactions in the POS system following Thunder Valley procedures. Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and not over-served; follow health and safety procedures. Maintain health and safety, report malfunctioning equipment, and follow company standards and policies. Requires standing/walking for the shift and being at least 21 with ability to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form
