Job Summary
Beverage Server role in Treasure Valley Casino beverage department. Provide fast, friendly guest service; take orders, serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), inform guests of specials, and promote responsible alcohol service. Maintain knowledge of beverages, ingredients, pricing, and preparation methods; verify guest identification; process transactions with a POS system; uphold cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and compliance. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, carry beverage trays, and lift up to 25 pounds; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a background check.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to carry trays while using both hands and safely lift and transport items weighing 15–25+ pounds throughout the shift.
