Job Summary
Greet guests with fast, friendly service incorporating a stage persona, craft and serve a variety of beverages, and ensure drink quality and cleanliness. Take orders, explain preparation methods, and inform guests of specials while checking identification and managing excessive drinking responsibly. Write orders, handle payments, and maintain personal health and sanitation standards. Carry trays, lift 15–25+ pounds, and work in a high-volume, noisy, and smoky casino environment. Requires a Gaming license and ABLE liquor license, with flexible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable)
- Ability to obtain an ABLE liquor license
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Incorporate a stage personality while serving guests
- Possess knowledge of guest services and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and use computers
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Stand and walk during shifts, perform physical tasks, and work in a restaurant/bar/casino environment
- Moderate to high noise levels, exposure to smoke, and limited physical risk
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
