Job Summary
Provide fast, personalized beverage service to casino guests. Take beverage orders, assist in drinks preparation, and present drinks to guests while ensuring responsible beverage service and age verification. Maintain stocked, clean service areas; manage trays with up to 20 drinks; handle money securely at shift end; maintain a high level of guest engagement and professionalism. Collaborate with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and beverage supervisor; promote casino events and programs; adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent guest service skills
- Clear English communication
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
