Job Summary
Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with Hollywood Casino Perryville policies and standards. Mix drinks, monitor guest needs continuously, and ensure all requests are fulfilled while maintaining the appearance of the casino floor and work area. Use the POS system accurately and monitor alcohol intake per training. Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, and marketing promotions as needed. Declare tips through the time and attendance system at the end of each shift. Adhere to all gaming and lottery regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent and three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and expierence
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Must be able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License
