Beverage Server - Part-Time

Greet and welcome guests in a pleasant, professional manner while providing timely cocktail service and answering questions about property events. Monitor guest alcohol consumption, intervene as needed, and resolve complaints or service problems according to guidelines. Maintain clean, stocked workstations and assigned areas by emptying glasses and bottles, stocking coffee, sugar, and cream, and carrying full trays on every round. Handle cash transactions per procedure and communicate drink orders to the bartender for preparation. Promote casino events, new card sign-up programs, and total rewards initiatives while serving as an ambassador of goodwill for publicity. Adhere to attendance guidelines and all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
