Beverage Server-Hotel

Take beverage orders from patrons, suggest cocktails and spirits, and transmit orders to the bartender. Receive and place orders on service trays with garnishes, total checks, and collect payments. Dispense bottled beverages and confections, return empty glasses, and maintain clean work areas. Serve hors d'oeuvres and snacks at private or catered parties as requested. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management. Work long periods standing, with mostly afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This union position requires meeting scheduled seniority requirements.
