Job Summary
Responsible for providing efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests, ensuring all drink orders are promptly fulfilled. Monitors guests’ needs continuously and assists in maintaining cleanliness in the gaming area. Responsible for the proper handling of beverage supplies and compliance with health and safety regulations. Requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, comprehend, and perform basic math functions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- One to two years related experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License
