Job Summary
Provide beverage service at Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, CA in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Duties include greeting guests, explaining promotions, replenishing beverages, carrying a 14" service tray with up to 10 drinks, maintaining clean service stations, ringing beverages into the POS system, and supporting events such as banquets or concerts. Must be able to interact effectively with customers, uphold casino guidelines, and handle inquiries about casino features, promotions, and facilities. Requires three months of customer service experience and being at least 21 years old. Certifications include Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License and a TIPS Alcohol Awareness Certificate.
