Job Summary
Beverage Porter performs organizing, stocking, and distribution of beverage products within hotel/casino beverage operations. Duties include stocking beverage department coolers, maintaining stock rotation and par levels, reviewing orders for proper stocking, changing kegs and requisitioning bar supplies, delivering F&B products to hotel/casino venues, cleaning and stocking beverage storerooms, assisting with inventory reconciliation and ordering, maintaining beer lines and Berg system cleanliness and pressure, assisting with special events setup, ensuring compliance with liquor regulations, reporting deviations, maintaining sanitation, and performing minor repairs to related equipment. Requires knowledge of beverage products, delivery schedules, product locations, and product lines; must maintain guest service standards, communicate in English, and obtain necessary health and alcohol certifications within stated timelines. Must be able to work in a standing/walking position for the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a casino environment with moderate-to-high noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D preferred
- 6 months – 1 year related experience
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to obtain Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment
- Must be able to complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate through Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within 60 days of employment
