Job Summary
The Beer and Wine Manager will oversee all operations of the Beer and Wine department, managing ordering, storage, invoicing, and inventory to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include forecasting beverage orders, training employees, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Key skills required are strong organizational and communication abilities, basic computer proficiency, and physical stamina to perform job duties including lifting, standing, and operating a cash register.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to stand on your feet for the entire work shift
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds for 30% of the time
- Must be able to stand upright for the majority of your scheduled work shift
