Job Summary
Research, develop, and introduce new beverage concepts inspired by local Malaysian cuisine while creating standardized recipes and costing sheets. Lead pre-launch evaluations, monitor quality consistency across outlets, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures through regular audits. Manage beverage costing, pricing strategies, and inventory levels to ensure commercial profitability, while training outlet teams on preparation and new product rollouts. Track sales performance to recommend menu adjustments and collaborate with procurement for ingredient sourcing. Requires 3–5 years in beverage R&D or F&B operations with frequent travel between outlets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in crafting local Malaysian beverages (e.g., Kopi Kaw, Hor Kar Sai, Milo-based drinks)
- A deep understanding of local flavor profiles
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in beverage R&D, bar management, or F&B operations
- Strong knowledge of beverage costing
- Strong knowledge of inventory management
- The ability to draft clear SOPs

- Capability of working under pressure to meet project and tender deadlines
- Willingness to travel frequently between outlets for audits and training
Desired Qualifications
