Beverage Manager

Job Summary
Oversee beverage operations across the property (lounge, bar, and room service), manage beverage inventory and liquor controls, train and supervise staff, assist with menu planning and promotions, and ensure adherence to beverage policies and liquor laws while meeting budget goals. Partners with culinary and service teams to optimize guest satisfaction and maintain sanitation and cost controls. Leads beverage team performance, supports HR activities such as onboarding and corrective action, and contributes to departmental financial management and guest service excellence. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
