Beverage Manager

Manages the beverage department in a casino environment, supervising and mentoring the beverage team, ensuring guest service excellence and compliance with alcohol-service policies. Oversees all aspects of beverage management, investigates and documents issues, and maintains strong attendance and operational standards. Requires knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, and certification trainings (Alcohol Awareness, BBP, Health Food Handlers as applicable) with the ability to align with enterprise policies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to train and coach staff, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision to achieve quality standards. On-site role based in Chandler, AZ.
