Job Summary
Manage beverage operations and staff daily across Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, including menu planning, lounge promotion, and peak floor support. Enforce all liquor laws and beverage policies while controlling inventory, costs, and portion standards. Train staff on procedures, supervise staffing levels, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols. Monitor budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports to achieve financial goals. Provide exceptional guest service by addressing complaints and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
