Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day beverage operations across multiple high-volume entertainment and event venues, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability. Coordinate and manage beverage service for concerts, sporting events, festivals, and private functions, maintaining all bars, portable locations, and service areas as fully operational and properly stocked. Lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate expectations and safety updates while recruiting, training, and supervising bartenders and support personnel. Enforce alcohol service laws, health, and sanitation standards through regular inspections and incident reporting. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and control inventory variances to minimize waste and shrinkage. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, LA.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in beverage operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
