Job Summary
Oversee and optimize the operation of all beverage outlets in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. Lead personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging; assist the Food & Beverage Director with budget goal setting and financial monitoring for the Beverage Department. Ensure compliance with liquor, health, and safety regulations; monitor beverage service standards, staffing levels, and department processes; represent the Beverage Department in labor-related matters as needed; provide strong customer service and effective communication to support high-quality casino beverage experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
