Job Summary
Manages beverage operations in a luxury hotel/restaurant setting, provides training to service and bar personnel, ensures profitability and budget adherence, maintains sanitation and service standards, analyzes menus and competitive offerings, schedules staff, and leads a team to deliver elevated guest experiences. Requires 3-5 years in a similar 5-star hotel role, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-relations skills, and fluency in English.
