Job Summary
Production Lead for a 3rd-shift beverage manufacturing facility. Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, lead production staff to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, serve as department supervisor in their absence, drive cost reductions through process/equipment/staff improvements, and maintain a clean, safe production environment. Responsibilities include blending, batching, machine operation, coaching and training operators and laborers, ensuring proper onboarding of new hires, and aiding in inventory control. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and dedication to food safety; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is preferred; bilingual a plus. Location: Houston, TX. Full-time role with night shift hours (Mon-Fri and most Saturdays, 10 PM – 6:30 AM).
