Job Summary
Packaging Associate on 1st shift responsible for inspecting, packing, and stacking finished products, ensuring correct labeling and passing visual quality checks, while maintaining a clean workplace and assisting with sanitizing operations. Role includes operating filling and packaging machines (training provided), keeping accurate records and labels, and performing basic preventive maintenance. Must have good mobility and visual acuity, lift up to 50 lbs, and accept a flexible schedule with overtime including weekends. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Full-time position in Frostproof, FL with benefits and opportunities for advancement.
