Beverage & Food Supervisor (Banquets)

Communicate effectively between Culinary and Front of House to ensure seamless service, while monitoring alcohol beverage compliance with local laws. Supervise restaurant operations and related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, assisting Talent on the floor during meal periods and high demand times. Complete opening and closing duties including equipment setup and cleaning, and monitor employees to ensure performance expectations are met. Provide feedback to Talent based on observed service behaviors and strive to improve overall service performance.
