Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of beverage and commercial food equipment while delivering professionalism and integrity to customers. Maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment, and participate in training opportunities to enhance skills. Be available for on-call rotation and work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and at heights up to 45 feet. This role supports BERCO's field service operations in New Port Richey, FL, with hourly wages of $20-22, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation via iPad/cell phone
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and frequently move heavy objects
- Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher
- Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods
- Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements
- Be available for on call rotation
