Job Summary
Lead beverage application projects from concept development through commercialization, ensuring quality and timely execution. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and customer solutions by developing and presenting innovative beverage solutions that drive growth. Provide technical support across pilot trials, scale-up, and industrial production while troubleshooting challenges to enhance application performance. Manage project pipelines effectively and leverage new technologies to win market opportunities. This onsite role in Guangzhou requires a Master's or PhD in food science or related disciplines with five years of experience in flavor or beverage applications.
Required Qualifications
- Min. BS degree in food science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food fermentation, flavor or related disciplines
- Min. 5 years' experience in food, beverage, ingredient or flavor
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Open to frequent business travel
Desired Qualifications
- Master or PhD is preferred
