Job Summary
Beverage Custodian responsible for cleaning tasks in front bar, service bar, pump room and similar areas, including glass washer, ice machine, walls, stainless steel, floors, drains, and trash/recycling receptacles. Duties include delivering supplies, stocking liquor storeroom, and filling liquor requisitions; maintain clean, safe, sanitary, and fully stocked work areas; adhere to company procedures and promote professional guest interactions; require ability to lift and move heavy objects, work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, and obtain an ABC liquor permit. Strong emphasis on fast, fun, friendly, and focused support to service staff; maintain uniforms and hygiene standards; communicate effectively with coworkers and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain an ABC liquor permit
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Able to lift up to 150 pounds or the equivalent of one keg
- Able to walk and stand for eight hours
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with, take direction from, and assist bartenders and beverage servers
