Job Summary
Provide timely, friendly beverage service to guests in a casino environment, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; monitor guest intoxication and adhere to alcohol policies; maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and prices; process sales transactions and gaming redemptions using the POS/Hotel system; share tips with bartenders and comply with company policies; keep stations clean and well-stocked; respond to guest questions and resolve concerns with professional service; demonstrate flexibility to meet schedule demands; communicate effectively with staff and other departments; comply with safety procedures and protect assets; be groomed and ready in professional attire; prior beverage service experience and potential gaming license are preferred; shift differential applies for specific hours (evening and overnight).
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum alcoholic beverage service experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license per state regulations
