Job Summary
Serve food and beverages to guests, operate a cash register, and manage daily cash deposits while ensuring accurate paperwork. Prepare menu items on the grill, stock and operate the beverage cart, and rotate perishable products to maintain quality order. Complete all opening and closing procedures, keep the snack bar clean, and remove trash inside and outside the facility. Secure keys and account for products and supplies throughout the shift. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, demonstrating safety rules and reporting any hazards or injuries immediately. Previous food and beverage experience at a golf facility is preferred.
