Job Summary
Confirm beverage cart operational status before starting rounds, then stock and clean the cart throughout the day. Serve food and beverage items to guests while maintaining knowledge of proper golf etiquette and state liquor laws. Respond to customer inquiries about facility information and attend to guests in a prompt, personalized manner. Account for all cash transactions, utilize the Point of Sales system to create daily sales reports, and communicate guest concerns immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and Chef. Review schedules, calendars, and club activities daily. Incorporate safe work practices in all job performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol
- Regular and reliable attendance
