Job Summary
Greet guests and members by name, serving food and beverages professionally while adhering to TPC Brand Standards and state liquor laws. Manage beverage cart inventory, complete safety checklists, and maintain par-stock controls to ensure product freshness. Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit cards, and resolve guest complaints immediately. Operate the cart on course paths, monitor pace of play, and report hazards or mechanical issues to supervisors. Maintain accountability for tips and supplies, and answer inquiries regarding menu, club services, and course conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service operational procedures
- At least 6 months previous similar experience
- Be 18 years old
- Possess a current, active driver's license
- No current moving violations on driver's license
- Ability to lift, pull or push up to or over 25 pounds

- Ability to adjust focus
- Ability to comply with all applicable federal, state and local safety and health regulations
