Job Summary
Maintain day-to-day food and beverage operations at the facility while promoting an exceptional golf experience. Pick up and fill the beverage cart with ice, stock and restock using the checkout sheet, and verify inventory with a supervisor to obtain a $50 change bank. Meet and greet customers, answer questions, suggest menu items, and mention promotions and specials. Initiate safety regulations, ensure sanitized storage areas, and return unused products to proper locations. Verify prices, taxes, and tips; adhere to cash and system controls for asset safety. Perform clean-up, closing, paperwork, and daily inventory records. Maintain compliance with TABC Seller/Server guidelines and clean the cart to the barn. Advise supervisors of feedback immediately. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to drive a golf car, and availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid state issued Driver's License
- Employer paid TABC/Texas Food Handler Certification within 2 weeks of employment
- Ability to work with others (Teamwork)
- Available to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
- Ability to drive a golf car
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude
