Job Summary
The Beverage Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of beverage service areas, including washing and replacing bar glassware, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning all bar equipment. The role involves ensuring that beverage supplies are well-stocked, preparing garnishes, food items, and maintaining health and safety standards. Key responsibilities also include effective communication with management, following food and beverage protocols, and adhering to guest service expectations. The position requires the ability to work in variable conditions and perform medium physical labor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency degree preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.
