Job Summary
Oversee beverage service on the casino floor and provide direct supervision of Beverage Team Members on assigned shifts. Ensure adherence to Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s ELITE service mission and AAA Four Diamond standards, enforce policies and union contract, and manage labor for beverage operations including seasonal staff and bar areas. Responsibilities include scheduling, interviewing, hiring and training new Team Members, maintaining quality control of products and services, ensuring safe and compliant alcohol service, managing guest issues, inventory control, and upholding cleanliness and safety procedures. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver consistent, high-level guest service in a fast-paced casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- Ability to handle a flexible schedule
- Ability to delegate, empower, and evaluate hourly Team Members to achieve desired objectives with minimal supervision
- Sound judgment in decision making
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make quick judgment decisions
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License
