Job Summary
Coordinate public fair projects from concept and stakeholder alignment through execution and evaluation, ensuring smooth, professional, and impactful events for major clusters including life sciences, health, and education. Monitor budgets and commercial results in collaboration with the Management Team, driving progress via stand-ups and periodic meetings while identifying and resolving bottlenecks promptly. Translate evaluations and market developments into concrete improvement actions and contribute to optimizing and renewing fair offerings to enhance visitor and exhibitor experiences. This role supports the commercial and organizational growth of events within Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic direction and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau
- bij voorkeur een bedrijfskundige of commerciële achtergrond
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in sales, marketing of eventmanagement
- ervaring in projectleiding of programmacoördinatie
- Sterk in stakeholdermanagement
- Sterk in planning
- Sterk in organisatie
- met een scherp financieel inzicht
- Ervaring met P&L-verantwoordelijkheid
