Job Summary
Analyze, optimize, and standardize workflows in reception and patient management while developing efficient scheduling concepts to control treatment capacities. Conception and implementation of treatment concepts considering economic, organizational, and patient-oriented aspects, alongside continuous development of practice standards and processes. Conduct operational controlling including analysis of revenue, cost, and cashflow figures, and create regular business evaluations and management reports for the executive board. Identify optimization and savings potentials with corresponding recommendations, support leadership in strategic decision implementation, and manage projects for practice organization development.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Gesundheitsmanagements oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling und Prozessoptimierung
