Job Summary
Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 30 employees, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the café while managing shift planning and immediate replacements for absences. Actively participate in service, kitchen preparation, and order management, overseeing inventory, deliveries, and warehouse organization to maintain quality standards. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with quality protocols across all areas. Work full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling, including on-call duties as needed.
