Job Summary
Lead the personnel, organizational, and commercial management of the service area, ensuring agreed-upon sales and calculation targets are met. Train new and existing staff while implementing and adhering to central guidelines and legal regulations including HACCP and workplace safety. Maintain high quality standards across the product portfolio and drive team motivation through a positive, family-oriented work culture. Manage daily operations with precise time tracking and open to new ideas within a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Gastronomie oder Hospitality
- Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Führung und Motivation von Teams
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Budgetierung und Kostenkontrolle
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Geschäftsstrategien
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Servicebereitschaft
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
