Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a XIAO restaurant with €4–5M annual revenue, managing 60 staff and 150,000 guests through operational oversight, staff recruitment, and training program development. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and business standards while optimizing inventory and workforce scheduling to maintain profitability. Drive professional guest management and facilitate communication between the restaurant and corporate functions including HR, marketing, and procurement. Maintain a long-term strategic perspective by setting clear KPIs and implementing necessary measures to sustain financial and functional performance.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Systemgastronomie in einer vergleichbaren Position
