Betriebsleiter / Head of Production

Manage overall production responsibility at the Spremberg location, including targets for schedule, volume, quality, and costs. Lead technical and disciplinary staff in shift operations while ensuring smooth, efficient production flows and optimizing manufacturing processes. Plan and control personnel, machine, and material usage; monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Oversee maintenance, equipment availability, and investment planning while driving continuous productivity improvements through KVP/Lean methods. Coordinate closely with adjacent areas such as technology, logistics, quality, and HR, reporting directly to the executive board.
