Create timely operating cost statements for residential and commercial properties, including the engagement and verification of heating cost statements from service providers. Maintain billing-relevant master data and adjust calculations according to contractual and legal requirements. Conduct plausibility checks of billable costs in collaboration with internal departments, specifically accounting, to ensure optimal data capture. Execute and review owner statements during property acquisitions or sales, manage internal analysis and processing lists, and handle tenant objections.
