Job Summary
Ensure operational availability and economic efficiency of process and building technical plants through optimized maintenance measures. Develop service concepts and maintenance strategies based on reliability studies, monitoring data, and SAP system maintenance. Plan and lead technical projects in process technology independently, managing costs and implementing corrective actions for budget deviations. Maintain complete technical documentation and data integrity across the entire lifecycle of buildings and facilities. Monitor compliance with legal requirements, GMP/GEP quality standards, and safety regulations for plant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, in der Betreuung technischer Anlagen oder im professionellen Gebäudebetrieb
- fundierte Spezialkenntnisse in der Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen sowie im Umgang mit GMP- und GEP-Richtlinien
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von IT-Systemen (insb. SAP)
- ausgeprägtes Verständnis für chemisch-verfahrenstechnische Zusammenhänge
- verhandlungssicher Englisch
- ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- in der Lage, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
- in der Lage, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
