Job Summary
Support the plant manager in daily operations, including preparing management reviews, production reports, and statistics. Plan and optimize production processes using shopfloor management, while ensuring efficient start-up and shutdown procedures and maintaining equipment availability via OEE dashboard analysis. Guarantee accurate operational documentation and coordinate safety analyses. Plan and execute production trials and special productions, managing project applications and equipment changeovers. Coordinate production planning and raw material usage with relevant departments, participating in safety rounds, audits, and project groups. Lead and motivate a team of four employees. This role requires a degree in engineering with 3–5 years of experience in process plant operations and strong German/English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, vorzugsweise in den Fachrichtungen Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Chemietechnik, Maschinenbau (mit Schwerpunkt Verfahrenstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 3–5 Jahre) in Betreiben, Überwachen und Steuern verfahrenstechnischer Produktionsanlagen, idealerweise in einem störfallrelevanten Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
