Job Summary
Conduct in-home care activities such as reading aloud, playing board games, planning appointments, and performing household tasks. Accompany seniors outside the home for walks, attending appointments, and visiting friends or family. Maintain social competence and empathy while supporting individuals with care needs. Hold a Class 3 driver's license and possess the qualification for care staff under § 45b SGB XI or serve as a care assistant.
