Job Summary
Support individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities in household management, navigate bureaucratic contacts, and coordinate medical appointments and leisure activities. Facilitate communication between clients and their support networks while developing competency promotion concepts and conducting daily documentation. Work primarily in the afternoon within a small Berlin-based organization dedicated to enabling independent living for people with disabilities through inclusive community support.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich soziale Arbeit / Sozialpädagogik
- oder staatlich anerkannter Abschluss als Erzieher*in / Heilerziehungspfleger*in
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Umgang mit Adressat*innen auf Augenhöhe
